I have a 1952 Allis CA. Can you tell me how the sleeves come out?

Well if its like a B or C engine they can be removed by blolcking the block up on a couple 4x4 and then take a 2X4 or 2X6 and hit them from the bottom. Thats how I got them out of my C engine when I was working on it. Note I said if like a B/C engine so this may or may not work since I don't know if they are the same type sleeves

Same engine except for arrow shaped hump on the right side of the block . This is on the outside.

Ok so what I said will work for popping the sleeves out then. Right?? I know it worked on the C engines I did this summer

Yup! I was indicating that what you said would work on all three. Plus all the rest of the wet sleeved engines. Olivers like we have. (:^D
