Size the picture so it is between 700 and 1200kb file size in J peg format. Go to tractor photos(left of screen). Follow the directions there and post the image. when that is finished, go to the image (by clicking on tractor photos and selecting yours. Place your cursor on the photo, and right click. Then go to properties at the bottom of this list of options. One of the properties is the U R L of the picture. Use your cursor to highlight the complete u r l and (with a PC) use control C to copy it to your clip board. Then start a new post here (just as you did to start this one). Put in the text and stuff that describes the photo here as well as before. Then select the Optional image U R L box below the comment box and use control V to place the u r l from the clip board in the box. Then submit the message. It may take several minutes to load, be patient. When it is finished, it will be posted with picture. JimN

Size to 700-1200K? Actually, I think that's way too big for posting. Not everyone has broadband access. Most don't like to wait long times for a picture to download. Plus most would have to scroll around just to see the whole thing once they get it - and that's not desirable either.There really is no reason to post anything larger than 640x480 pixels, which is typically about 100K or less for a jpeg, depending on compression. If one uploads to the image section of this site, pictures are automatically resized to a maximum width of about 350 pixels. That put's them down around 30K or less in size. You should resize (to 640x480 or less) if you use another photo hosting site for your picture and link to it here - or if you wish to minimize your upload time to the photo section of this site.
