D17 series 1 loader on a WD45

Went to a friends yesterday afternoon. He has a D17 Series 1 with a loader taken off. The tag on the loader says "made for Allis Chalmers". I think it said Freeman Loader. Where there should have been stamped a model number there was a 0.He's giving me one of those "one of a kind deals" and I'd like to attached it to my wd45.It looks as though the loader frame has a bracket that is bolted on the back onto the fender mounts so that the frame slides through the brackets and supports the rear of the frame. the front of the frame attaches to these horizontal plates that are on each side of the D17 engine. The width of the plates on the D17 engine from outside to outsie is about 19 1/4". This is same outside dimensions as the front frame of my WD45. Does this description make sense. It looks as though it should probably bolt right up with out issues. I may have to take the right side belt wheel off. If anyone is familiar with this situation i'd appreciate any input as to what i may run into. Thanks in advance.

i've got a WD45 loader on a Series 1 D17D...you may have to do some minor mods on rear axle mounts but everything else should bolt right up.

I've had the same AC loader on 4 different tractors: WD, WD45, D-14 and D-19, and not in that order. Drilled a couple new holes in the mounting plate over the years and changed from straight bolts to J style hook bolts and back also. Now my loader mounts didn't attach to the rear axle though.
