I have just purchased a nice an AC tractor. It was sold as a 1947 WC 45. It has no hydraulics. Can I retrofit hydraulics?

Try one of these PTO pumps. I have heard that they were used on the WC. I might be talked out of this one for the right $

It could be a WC-45 if someone put a WD45 engine in a WC but not likely.

no hydraulics on a WC. you might get a small pump or auto steering pump and mount on the frame at side of motor and run a belt off the front pulley. need a tank and hydrualic valve also. Old WC was a drawbar/pto tractor only. Newer WD had hydraulics.

Never was a WC-45 made, just a plain old WC. So far I have never seen hyds on a WC, but they can be added with say a belt drive pump, PTO pump or one run off the front of the crank. There may have been a unit that will fit on a WC but I don't know of it if there is one
