HD6G clutch adjustment

HI, I've got a AC HD6G with an Auburn clutch that needs adjusting. I've loosened the adjusting ring locking bolt about as far as I dare, but I can't get the adjusting ring to move in either direction. Any suggestions? Thanks!

HI The cluch must be desangaged loosen theadjusting ring locking screw just enough so that the cluch adjusting ring can be turned.Tighten the cluch by turning the ntched cluch adjusting ring clocwise with a screw-driver until the proper adjustement is obtained.Moving theadjusting ring 1 or 2 notches is generally sufficient and dont forget lockink screw securely.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately we must both have the same service manual. I followed the proceedures exactly as they describe in the manual but I can't get the adjusting ring to move in either direction. I'm hoping someone else has had a similiar problem and knows how to free things up.

HI Two week pass a custumer of mine had the same probleme and told him to pull out the flywell cluch and she was no more good and I solde him a other one.
