Does anyone know how to remove the flange that holds the pulley?I want to replace the seal in there and I cannot get it to budge.Looks to have a nut cap.Does that have to come off first? How?Thanks.

there is a cap over the nut, the nut, a washer then the flange. It's keyed and I believe it has a taper. but I'm not sure.

Hi.I got down to the nut,but they center punched it into the key slot.I have to somehow tap that back out so I don't ruin the threads.
