If you have a PTO assembly designed for a hydraulic pump there are actually three drain holes - two for the transmission/differential and one for the PTO. There is only one filler hole. That is all that is needed. The multiple drain holes are to permit draining "dead" pockets that will get filled when the level is correct at the single fill hole. As far as the final drives go, yes, you do have to drop the pans to change the oil. You should plan on having to make replacement gaskets and you might want to consider adding a drain provision to make is easier for the next time. That's what I did as shown here.

It depends on the type of decal(s) you have, mylar or cut vinyl. Some kits (usually the more expensive ones) have a combination of both. If that is the case, the main hood decal is usually the cut vinyl type with individual separated letters held together in proper alignment by a top and bottom covering. The remainder are generally all smaller, mylar types. The cut vinyl type should be applied dry, with alignment and applications instructions as shown here. The mylar style can be applied wet and shifted around slightly if needed after they are down although the smaller ones are generally easy enough to apply directly w/o wetting. The cut vinyl type should have a backing on the bottom and a partially transparent covering over the top of the decal. The mylar type should only have a backing on the bottom. I have read about using dish washing liquid as an additive when applying mylar decals but have never tried it myself so I don't know how it works.
