: : 1,000 times.: Before spending a gazillion dollars on parts you may not need, try richening up the high speed mixture and see if it pulls any better. Sounds like you have sufficient spark, but are experiencing fuel starvation. i agree with tubits advice. you might also wanna check your fuel supply to the carb. and dont be scared to screw on the carburetor. if you want to know the initial settings screw the main jet all the way in and then back it out about 2 and 1/2 rounds. one to one and a quarter on the low idle screw for starters but you may have to go almost all the way in to smooth the idle out if the carb is old and worn. if that doesnt work, you may have to check the main jet and see if its stopped up. good luck, grapeape
