I have a wd engine that has a zenith carb on it that is beyond repair. the carb opening to the air breather tube is smaller then the air breather and someone has tried to rig a bigger tube that is not working. why is the carb outlet to air breather smaller than the air breather metal tube, is there a sleve missing on the carb or how is this suppose to match and hook up? I am convinced to get a rebuilt carb off of this parts site, any suggestions which one.

It sounds like you may have a WD carburetor and a WD45 air cleaner. The WD and WD45 take different size air cleaner hoses.

Have you thought of radiator hoses.they come in many shapes and sizes.you can use a short piece of other size to get things sealed up,inside or outside. There are also plumbing hoses that have differant size ends in a bellows type.LEN
