kinda a goofy question...the PTO on the CA is I think 538...I guess thats at full throttle?

538 RPM at full load engine RPM of 1650. 636 RPM at engine high idle.

Normal PTO speed is rated at 540 RPM but that is just a number they use. Or in other owrds it can be slower or faster but it will be close to the 540RPM when the engine is at about 3/4 trottle. That is true on all tractors unless they have the 1000RPM pto or like on the fords they have a sherman tranny which will either speed up or slow the PTO down.
