My dad has a Allis Chalmers B10 riding mower/tractor. Model 23-D.. We have been told it 's a 1939, so it would be considered an antique..It has : snowblade, sickle bar, cultivator disc, 16'' plow, 4 extra tires and wheels on wheels.10HP Briggs & Stratton engine, that has been overhauled, carbuetor has been overhauled also. The throttle cable needs hooked up.Would anyone know about what it is worth? Would appreciate any information we can get....

Vivian,

It is an antique but not a 39, that was the second year of the B farm tractor but they have no relation. It's more like the 60s vintage which is indeed very old for garden tractors. Probably on the order of 1967 or so. Look on the Discussion forum link and go to the garden tractors link as you probably will get many knowledgable responses. It sounds like a very neat little tractor. I had a B-series garden tractor and kick myself for ever letting it go.
