I have a 45 diesel that I have replaced fuel filters. I can not get the tractor to start. I know that it has fuel to the pump but even if I take the lines off at the injector I do not get any fuel coming through the lines. Please help I am planning to pull this tractor at the local fair this weekend and know it won't run.

If all else fails check and make sure the filter are not upside down.

Make sure you bleed the system starting from the tank. Bleed each fuel filter even if you have fuel at the pump, as any air in the filters will slowly make its way to the injectors and it will take forever to get it all out. Make sure you have plenty of fuel in the tank.

#1 thing to check is make sure the petcock is turned ON and kill valve in RUN position.
since pump is obviously full of air i'd suggest pull starting tractor to avoid anymore wear on starter.

did you bleed ALL of the air out of the injector lines?loosen each line one at a time and turn the engine over until fuel comes out without any air bubbles. also loosen the return line at the last injector and turn engine over until fuel is flowing out of the line. if you do not have a manual for the 45d GET one it tells how too bleed the fuel system after changing the filters.
