Has anyone heard of a 'one arm bucket loader'? I bought an old 2 cyl. Kubota L210 that has the mounts for a bucket loader only on the right side. I was told that it would take a 'one arm loader'. Our local Kubota dealer says that they never made a bucket loader for the L210, but Allis Chalmers made 'one arm bucket loaders' for some of their smaller tractors. I've searched the implements classifieds, with no luck. Any information on what model AC's I should be looking for, or better terminology to describe what I'm looking for would be appreciated!

Thanks for your suggestions! I still haven"t been able to locate a one arm bucket loader, but at least I have a few more options. I liked the Paulson bucket loaders, and somehow came across the "Woods" site, which makes after market implements for small tractors. I guess the biggest problem is the hydraulics if we try to adapt a typical bucket. My husband will also have to make a frame for the tractor. Meanwhile the manure pile is getting higher!

Ford marketed a one-arm loader for their tractors in the 50s. Never saw it used on any other brand. Ford said it was easier to mount than a conventional one- just drive close, make a sharp turn. In recent years I've seen two locally- maybe even the same one, but in two different towns. Never saw any real ones years ago.
