I have a WD and would like to know if it is possible to convert distributor part numbers such as points etc. so I can buy from local auto parts stores?

Yeh Its Simple If You Go To The Right Place And Deal With The Right Parts Counter Guy. I Found Napa To Be Good. They Even GAVE Me Some Brand New Tractor Parts Catalogs. Where Are You Located?

I actually talked to a NAPA guy yesterday and he seemed very helpful. This NAPA is in Omaha.

Thanks Tony. I have fire to the distributor but not to the plugs so I am hoping a few dist. parts will solve.

I buy tractor parts all the time for the local auto parts store. You just need someone that can still use a book to find parts instead of the computer. Getting hard to find people that know how to use books so you may need to teach them how to read. LOL
