sickle for belly mower

I have a WC Allis and it has a belly mower with a seven ft sickle.The sickle is shot,been broken and welded too many times.Is there anything that will work or can be made to work in its place?I am thinking about something out of a newer haybine,mower,etc.Thanks

Buy one for a John Deere #5, grind off the rivets that hold the head on, and rivet on the head from your old knife. That's what I did for my B/C mower, although I also had to cut a foot off of the outboard end, since my mower is a 6ft.
