Kal, I got the pto coupler installed today and "THE BEAST" moved and steered like she should. The pto driveshaft has a wobble to it so out it comes and to the driveshaft shop she goes. So do you check the transmission oil level with the engine running or shut off? The dip stick for the rear,power steering and 3 pt. lift, doesnt have a stick on it but there seems to be 2 "sight glasses" on the left hand side of the case. Is this the oil level for the rearend? Thanks again for your time and advise. davids

hey that is great that you got your problem solved. I believe that the transmisson is check when tractor is off. The oil level for the rear housing should be maintained between the 2 sight glsses just behind the left axle. This is the oil level for the rear differential as well as the hyd system for implements and steering.

Also we have our u joints and cv joints rebuilt at Inland truck parts if you live near one is cheaper than new
