I have a 1959 series II D-17, I just bought a #400 lader nd front mounted pump for it. the laer came off another D-17 so it bolted right on.

However the front mounted pump didn't come with the crankshaft adapter (hub) that the pump shaft would slide into.

WOULD ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA WERE I COULD FIND AND BUY ONE. THE PUMP SHAFT IS 3/4" AND HAS 6 SPLINES
THE ADAPTER WOULD BOLT ON THE CRANKSHAFT FAN BELT PULLY RIGHT WHERE THE CRANK WOULD BE.

An adapter for an 800 Ford will work, I believe. I know it bolts onto a D-15 pulley. Walts tractor has one with a 3/4 6 tooth spline for around $36.

Thanks for the web sites. Have made some calls to local dealers. Looking to find a used one if possible and try to save some money on this project. I am west of St. Louis 60 miles south of Hermann MO.
Thanks again
WW

Ok so your south west of me, I'm at the lake of the ozarks. As far as that aprt you will find the you will be money ahead by buying them new since the go bad every few years and most of what you will find will be so wore that it will not last all that long. Last time I got those parts it cost some where around $100 for them new. Shoot I can go out to the shop and pick up 2 or 3 of the shafts but the reason is they are bad. And I have had to replce them, but I don't trow things away like that because I can always figure out something for the wore out part
