My engine overheats after mowing the lawn after about 10 minutes. I've replaced the radiator cap, head gasket, brought the radiator to get boiled out, kicked the left tire 3 times, tightened fan belt and checked the timing. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Try the thing with the thermostat completely removed, at least as a temporary check.

Check the plugs to see if the mixture is about where it should be. If the timing is right, maybe the load is too much for whatever reason, unless it all worked fine in the past. In that case, maybe think about replacing the radiator.

Incidentally, hitting the rear tires with a suitable club will save scuffed toes and damaged toenails. I once kicked the tire of an uncooperative rough terrain forklift hard enough to have a messed up right toe for a year or so.

If you have proper water flow through the engine and proper air flow through the radiator you won't have an over heating problem. You had the radiator fixed. Kevin sugested the water pump. Look at the fan, the B has been around for a long time and more than likely been worked on by many experts. The fan could be on backwards or from another brand. Use smoke or a substance you can see to check air flow. Keep looking you will find the problem.

What size mower are you using? If it's more than 4-5', it may be too much. Also could be mowing in too high a gear at too little rpm. I've done both, but I was told how to solve my overheat problem. Also, low pressure radiator shouldn't have any antifreeze in it, just clean water.

Bad water pump, maybe. I'm not trying to be smart, but does your radiator shutter function properly?
