it broke and i was going to take it off and weld it up and i broke 2 bolts off and it will not come off i have tryed ever way u can think of i need help bad

With the nuts off of the manifold studs the manifold should come off. It could be rusted to the studs, or stuck to the head. As for broken bolts. There are all the usual ways of getting them out. They go through into the water jacket as I remember so they can be rusty from the back and front too. On my WD head I put it on my millig machine and drilled as close to center as I could, then enlarged the hole with an end mill until I saw the line of a thread on all sides, then you pull the thread left in the head out with a pick and needle nose pliers. Iknow, I know, you have to take the head off and get it to a milling machine to do this, but it is a neat way and the threads will all be almost as good as new when you clean them out, after the above procedure, with a tap. I made stainless steel studs and used stainless nuts and stainless washers that I made to fit when I put it all back together.

Forgot to say you can get stainless threaded rod and nuts from McMaster Carr if you don't have a local source, and/or don't have access to a lathe to make the studs from ss rod.

i broke them off on the manifold side but still should it pull off casue they aint nutting holding it on

From what I remember, there's like 2 main bolts that hold the manifold... But probably it's rusted to the frame AND make sure you took the exhaust pipe off.

Did you break the rusted bolts off from the manifold side? I would assume you could drive them out with a hammer and a screwdriver from the other side... I don't have my tractor handy or I'd take a look.
