Been working on an Allis C with a stuck engine. Well its not stuck now but when it popped loose #2 sleeve and piston came up and out of the block. I have a parts engine but need to know how to pull a sleeve from it. Could I use this sleeve from the bottom and tap out one of the sleeves that way?? Also do the seals or o-rings come in a gasket kit?? Thanks for any and all Ideas, I don't have a sleeve puller and no one in town has one either. Thanks

OLD NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR MODEL BUT, I JUST PURCHASED A SLEEVE AND RINGS FOR ONE CYLINDER AND IT INCLUDED THE SLEEVE O-RING SEALS(TWO). HTH
FORGOT TO MENTION IT WAS FOR A D-15. THE BREEZE

OLD, I CUT 2 PCS OF 1/4" BY 1 1/2 FLAT STEEL. NOTCHED TO FIT THE INSIDE OF SLEEVE, WITH 1/2" SPACE BETWEEN THEM. BOLTED THEM TOGETHER WITH A PC OF 1/2" THREADED ROD BETWEEN THEM. OVERALL LENGTH IS SAME AS OUTSIDE OF SLEEVE.STUCK IT THRU THE SLEEVE AND USE A BAR ON THE TOP WITH A HOLE IN IT AND BLOCK IT UP ABOVE THE SLEEVE TOP.
FOUND THE BEST NUT TO USE IS THE COUPLING NUT FOR THE ALL THREAD. REGULAR NUT WILL CROSS THREAD IN TIME. LOL BOB PS SOMETIMES THE HAMMER WILL WORK, NOT HAD ANY LUCK USING IT.

If you look close at the picture you can see the tools that will remove all the sleeves while you trying to get the sleeve puller in position.
I buy the O rings 50 to the pack. I am sure you can buy them one at a time at any industrial bearing/ seal sales counter.

Make sure you clean the bottom bore so you can turn the sleeve around and around with your hands. If it will not slide down and turn by hand it is not clean enough.

old...best homemade sleeve puller was a chunk of channel iron cut to match od of sleeve with a hole drilled dead center...run a piece of grade 8 all thread 1/2'' thru another piece of channel up top and sit it on top of a couple short 2x's...works like a hose

or just stick a piece of hardwood against bottom of sleeve and smack it with the biggest BFH u got...works good too if ya got swingin room

Old, not sure about in a gasket kit, but I just bought a complete overhaul kit with the O-ring's included. The best sleeve puller is like the other post, homemade
