I am needing info on how to adjust the clutch on a allis cahlmers model b. any help would be greatfull. thanks.

You adjust it thru the inspection hole on the bottom of the bell section of the torque tube. Make sure the ignition switch is off, the adjust the fingers one at at time so that they are about 1/4" off of the throw bearing. Adjust one, rotate the plate until the next one is accessible, etc...The manual says to adjust 1 13/16" from the plate, but, thats really hard to do without pulling the tractor apart. It takes two different wrench sizes...I think 7/16 and 9/16, but i'm not certain.
