I have the manual (still looking for a combine). If you're looking for something specific I could scan a few pages and email to you. There's about 30 pages of operations, 20 on hitch setup, and 50 pages of parts. It even has instructions on how to order parts by telegraph!

The operating instructions, hitching instructions, and the parts manual are all one manual. I have a manual that had the operating instructions slit from the manual. Haven't found another one yet...

Sir, We have a restored #40 harvester with manuals,etc. Sure is a small machine with 16 sections in the 40 in head. Also the 11 bu grain bin
and small elevator cups that fill it are small. A listing of the 110 different crops that it could harvest is unique. Or location is N Ill about 60 miles east of Clinton,Iowa on Hwy #30. Best wishes to you and friend. Roger
