Just got my wd45 running, has "e" engine w/ full flow oiling. Put gauge on w/ #'s this morning, has 30psi. good? sold my brother an e3 engine for his wc, it had 40 psi. rod's & main's looked good, maybe pump? (being optimistic!)

I do not know about the E engine, but the G-262 power unit on my C-II has run for several years with an oil pressure of 30 psi. If you are running stock RPM's I would not worry about it. If you are pulling and bussing the motor you might want more pressure. As I am also a Chrysler fan, for racing Chrysler recommends 10 psi for every 1000 RPM's the engine turns. If you have 30 psi I would limit the engine to 3000 RPM. This speed is well above OEM governor settings.
