I've got a '48 B, and am in need of a good suplier of parts and peices. Right now I'm into the steering box. We have no good parts stores localy, and I'm not sure what the correct name of the part I need is. Is there a web site I could see an exploded veiw of this stuff, and possibly order parts.

R. W. Van Camp, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Phone 219-747-3455. He has a junk yard for AC- B,C, and some G's. He takes parts to engine shows all over. You can reach him the first part of the week. Let phone ring for a long time. He has always given me fair prices for his parts.

It would help if you got a parts manual. (they are available here at YT) Then you would be able to name the part you were looking for and advertise for it on several of the popular Allis Chalmers Bulletin Boards. Thats what I did with my WC and it really helped.
