I'm restoring an unstyled 1938 WF. Does anyone have or know where I can get an unstyled radiator top tank or complete radiator with the name embossed on the front? The one I have still holds antifreeze but the top tank is bent and mangled beyond repair. Also are the unstyled rear fenders of the WC and WF the same size? Thanks for any help you can give me. I'm afraid I'm beginning to turn from Red and Green into Orange

Thanks guys for the information on the fenders. The radiator top tank is totally mangled where the allis chalmers name is embossed on the front as well as the top being crushed. hope to find an origional or repo of origional as I'm trying to restore tractor into origional show condition. Thanks again for the info.

The fenders are different. The unstyled WC fenders are both the same per the parts book. The WF fenders are left and right because the axle notch is off center. But a good sheet metal man could likely work some magic with WC fenders.

Do not despair on the mangled radiator top- with a bit of imagination, and some L-shaped brackets made out of sturdy stock, plus a hammer, I'll bet you can restore the tank! You mentioned fenders, but then I saw that you were talking UNSTYLED. So I don't know the answer. But a styled WC fender is close to a styled WF- there is a crease in the WC that you can split with a die cutter, hammer down, and weld together. Rest of it bolts right up. Necessity is the mother of invention, and sometimes INNOVATION is the hummer of restoration!.
