AC 5050 starting problem

After changing the secondary fuel filter I have been unable to get my AC 5050 to restart. I have ensured all air has been bled out of fuel system. Fuel is getting to the injector; engine will not fire. It will only turn over. No coughing or sputtering like it is about to start. Any suggestions or tricks anyone has will be appreciated.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something here so please forgive me if I am but...you say 'fuel is getting to the injector'. There are three injectors and you need a clear, solid flow of fuel with no bubbles to all three of them, with the tank valve turned on, the shutoff knob pushed in, the throttle open and the engine cranking. If your tractor was running and the reason you shut it off was to change the filter, then once you have fuel to the injectors again it will run, smoke or do something obvious with the fuel it's getting.
