Loose rim on B

My right side rim on the B that is loose.

One eccentric is already tight as it goes, I adjected the other cam bolt full out as well. I still see a gap.

I see two solutions posted previously. One Used a shim sheet to tighten the cam more. The other removed the vee clamps and built up with weld.

I assume it is normal to only have two eccentric bolts. Should I leave the non-adjust clamps alone and just work with the two eccentric clamps?

Thanks in advance for any good tips.

I pulled the cultivators off today so I can work on the rims a lot easier.

One of my B"S has all four eccentric clamps.

I would do the building up on the stationary ones. Then, you don't need to worry about the finish.

both my B have the stationary clamps built up 1/8 inch so the cams can do their work. weld a few beads length wise and touch up with a body grinder.
