I AM MAKING PROGRESS ON MY RECENT PURCHASE. MY D17, PUT SOME MARVEL OIL, ATF AND BRAKE FLUID IN AND RAN IT. AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP AND TELLING MY WIFE AND NEIGHBOR NOT TO CALL THE LOCAL FIRE DEPT I SHUT HER OFF AND PUT PLUGS, POINTS, CONDENSER, ROTOR,CAP AND WIRES ON , CHANGED OIL AND FILTER. STARTED HER UP AND APPEARS TO BE A BIG IMPROCEMENT BEFORE THE SMOKE BOMB WAS USED NOW I HAVE THE CARB OFF AND TOOK APART AND WANT TO CLEAN IT. THE CARB WOULD NOT ADJUST EITHER IDLE OR LOAD (STUCK) A LOCAL SHOP WILL DO THE BASKET THING OR I COULD GET THE CLEANER MYSELF. THE CARB HAS THE TAG WITH TSX-773 WITH 62 G UNDER THAT WHAT KIND IS IT? I'LL NEED A REBUILD KIT. FLOAT IS GOOD. THANKS AGAIN AND I'LL DRIVE IT OUT SIDE THE NEXT TIME I TRY TO LOOSEN RINGS ON AN OLD TRACTOR. D17JIM

Now ya got me jealous. Sounds like you are having success and fun all in one. That would be a Marvel-Schebler if memory serves.
