stopping gas tank rust

My B tank has just a hint of rust inside it. Is there a good way to stabilize and make sure it does not progress? I jsut drying out with alcahol stuff all I need? Hate to ever have to replace.

is it flaking rust or just surface type? keeping tank full will stop most of it or you could seal it...unless you have tons of experience or willing to follow directions to the tee i reccomend taking it to a radiator shop and have it done professionally...or eastwood has a kit that i've heard good things about...think its POR or PUR...something like that...well...looks like they dont sell it anymore but knowing eastwood this is probally better.
