we just got a 1930 u allis with continental engine. would the pto assy. be the same on a later model? how about the clutch parts? it has a donaldson air cleaner with nothing on the top of the pipe. what kind of top should it have? there wasnt any mag on it, does anyone know the proper mag model? it was a base mount. any help would be appreciated .

I restored a 1930 United last winter. I am not sure about the pto, however I think they were all the same as the later models. Also I believe the clutch parts are the same too. The top of the air pipe had nothing on it and my Mag was an American-Bosh. I have also seen the Eiseman, and Fairbanks mags on them also. Okieboy from Chelsea, Ok. would be better at answering some of these Questions.
