Just pulled the engine out of the wc, pull the head off and found cracks between the sleeves, but not on the outside. Should this block be junked or can alumseal be use once it's put back together? Thie engine was stuck so I pounded the sleeves out from the bottom,broke one piston and it was aluminum is this factory.

cracks are not a problem. head gasket seals the area of the crack. most blocks are cracked there.
stock pistons were cast not alum. engine must have been rebuilt. BOB
