I may to pick up a B with belly mower. I have single axle trailer. Anybody know approximate width over tires and weight.

The specs site I found shows B weight at 2200 but C at over 3000. I thought both we about same.

I'm thinking that Dick's pretty darn close. Wouldn't use a "bumper" hitch though. Right category rear mounted frame hitch is fine, but I pretty much have this thing against hitch balls on a bumper, unless is for pulling a small trailer loaded with a gallon of milk home from the store. Well, maybe two gallons and a loaf of bread.

Would've like to seen that B in the back of that pickup. Would've been a site.

greetings.

i've hauled my B in the back of my 68 ford f100.

the wishbone front wheels fit thru the wheelwells and the rear tires sat just inside the bed in front of the tail gate. i didn't haul it far but it does fit.

My B alone w/o fluid in the tires is exactly 2040lbs...it fits fine on a 5x12 single axle with room to tie down, but, i prefer the tandem trailer because the single axle tends to work the back of my 1/2 ton Ford. It bounces abit, even with Monroe Gas Magnums...

yes, tandem makes a better trailer. I may rent or borrow due to long haul. My trailer is 5 x 12 but it can bounce a lot even when we haul the kid's woods buggy at 1500lb. Most guys only push the single axles in Indiana because now all the tandems need brakes. I would probably have to pull off the mower deck too on my trlr since it looks like it goes a bit past the tires.

I have pulled my C in a 2500 pound class. It has been several years back but I think they allowed 100 pounds over. So I am guessing I was about 2550#. I have a 5 foot mower under one of my B"s and it is even with the tires on one side and sticks out six inches or so on the other side. So if your trailer is over five foot wide between the wheel wells it should go.
