Dev. Sorry cant help you with design changes, I am no engineer. I know the problems stem from very thin cross sections around the injectors and cells and thus no coolant passages, block problems are another matter. I do know a man that knows these engines very well and could provide you with lots of information and help. David Ferguson of Austin MN. I dont have his phone handy but will show up on a search or call information for is name or Ferguson Diesel Service, tell him Butch from Ohio with the Allis model As told you to call, a very smart and very nice man (him not me, LOL) Good luck and let me know when you have your improved head for sale.
