Yes you are set up for drawbar control aka traction booster, aka draft control. I cant explain the knobs and things that need to be turned in or out well enough for you to find them. You need a operators book as suggested or the directions are on a decal that is supposes to be on the battery box.

There are four handwheels/screws on the pump and valve on the WD45. All of the various settings are detailed in the operator manual for the tractor, along with correct oils to use, according to ambient operating temperatures that the tractor may be used in, as well as other pertinent information for proper operation, lube, and service.
