I'M LOOKING FOR A SOURCE FOR A 6.00 X 12 THREE OR FIVE RIB TIRE FOR A SINGLE FRONT WHEEL ALLIS CA. ANYONE KNOW OF A SUPPLIER? MY LOCAL TIRE SUPPLIER SAYS NO ONE MAKES IT ANYMORE. I WOULD LIKE NEW BUT WOULD NOT RULE OUT A GOOD USED TIRE.

From what I have gathered, Coker tire (www.cokertire.com) has bought up most of the old tire molds. They make the tires now. I think you can buy through them, but they are the same price as Miller Tire (which is a distributor for them). Coker has a monopoly on these obsolete tires, so the prices aren't cheap!

Miller Tire lists one on the web site.

Bought one about 6mos ago from MIller Tire for my "C". It was a Goodyear tri-rib & cost about $95 & the tube was about $20. A guy in our club has a 155R-12 radial on his "CA" that came off a GEO Metro. He put a Bias-ply 12" tube in it & it works fine though it is a little undersized.
