I have an 36 wc that the engine is shot. I'm tired of gettin beat by 9n ford that have hopped engines. I'm looking for parts to turn some power out of my old wc.I'd like to give a few stroked jd b's a run for there money to. thanks for any help.

I was at a pull last week end, I don't know what he had in it but a 1937 WC left every thing else setting still.

I agree the use of a 45 crank and 4 1/8 pistons will up the hp. If you want more use WD pistons instead of 45 pistons. This will up the compression and give that red belly something to think about. Hope this helps.

You could buy 4 1/8" sleeves and pistons for a WD-45 and put in a WD-45 crank. That would boost your horsepower from around 30 to about 50. Don Livingston from Rusty Acre got me parts for my WD that has 4 1/8" cylinders. He can probably get you the whole thing. His number is 507-433-0073 and email is manifold@smig.net.
