I have the chance to buy a 1954 WD-45 with an AC trip loader and 3pt, no not the original 2pt, an aftermarket 3pt. It is in good shape, has a new generator and new manifold. It runs great. The asking price is..... ..... $1750. Is this a decent price?

Well, I bought it. The tractor needs a couple of TLC items, is in fair shape and runs like a top. The loader and 3point work great, aside from a couple of minor leaks. As i find issues I'll be back asking more questions I am sure. Here is a link to the picture I took to send the wife while it was on the trailer. And I get it for $1500!

If the rims and rear tires are GOOD and the transmission does not jump out of gears, and... someone has not screwed up the original snap coupler hitch so that it can't still be used also, then the price is just about right.

If it is a Wide front, then it is even a much better deal..

No, it's not a wide front. But i will know in the morning, and if I buy it I will post a link or image URL so you all can tell me if you like it or would have passed.

Well if the rear tires are good say 75% or better and the sheet metal is good yep thats about what it should go for if not a little more.

Sounds about right. Aftermarket 3 pt is worth something like $300 to $350 new, figure $400 or so for the loader. How do the rims look? Those things came from the factory with fluid in them and the rims tend to get eaten over the years. New spinouts are around $250 a side.
