Milling the head will do nothing,on Allis motors the combustion chamber is in the bore and the top of the piston. You can go up to 4.125 bore with a sleeve and piston set.You also can then use a 4.125 piston from a WC or WD,the wrist pin is lower in the piston there by moving the piston further up.More compression,a LOT MORE.A Lot of little things, minor rework of the carb, governor spring from a 170,larger valves, bore the block to put in custom sleeves and pistons, stroke it.Money and the will to possibly destroy a antique are your limiting factors.
