I noticed after cutting the grass/pasture the other day, that the right rear tire was leaning inward. I had noticed just prior to parking the tractor it sounded sort of like a rubbing sound. I purchased the tractor from the previous owner of our home, there is no manual and such. Does anyone know what steps to take to remove the wheel axil and such..any information is greatly appreciated..

if it is a small B tractor, there are a couple things to check. the axle shaft mounts in two big bearing and very seldom fails.--- the 20 inch diameter cast steel hub presses onto the shaft splines. the 2 inch nut on the end of the axle shaft keeps the hub tight. if the tractor runs with the nut loose for a few hours, the splines will wear and not fit the hub. if it just cam loose, retighten it now. --- next, the rim sets over the cast hub and held on with 4 cam locks. see if the rim is wobbling on the hub. may need to redo or tighten the 4 cam locks. this is also used on the C tractor.--- now if you got a larger tractor, thats another story.

Where did you upload them to? I've checked every place on this site and only found the original picture in "Help Identify".
