I have an Allis Chalmers B and it was missing only when it got hot. I rebuilt the carburator and it still misses only when it gets hot. I am not sure if I have the float adjustment correct and I can't tell if it is flooding or starving for fuel.

Either of our WD-45's will get an intermittant miss is there is ANY Moisture in the sediment bowl... Try it...it could be your source of trouble.. Ron..

Brian, in addition to the posibility of a condensor or coil problem (suspects when she cuts out once warmed up), you may wanna take a look at the ignition points as if they are badly burned or carboned up or pitted their resistance can increase with heat. It would be good to know if when she dies its producing any spark or not.

Is this a coil ignition and if so is it 6 or 12 volt, and if 12, is there an external ballast resistor??? Or is it a Magneto Ignition???

Are the plugs coming out looking clean with that nice warm gray color or are they coated with a flat black colored sooty depoit?? Such is indicative of exces unburned fuel from running too rich and thye may be fouling out. If too rich she would be throwing excess black smoke out the stack.

Missing is generally an igniton problem. Carburetors are fuel problems.

Sounds like a coil problem. Usually they will die and then check and you won't have any spark. That would indicate a bad coil. Not always a condenser but could be and also make sure you have good spark plug wires and other good wiring. Wires will pull apart at breaks or weak spots when heated up also. Could also be valves leaking or sticking when hot. Check your valve lash setting and make sure none are sticking.

I think we have found the problem. The tank had a slight amount of rust in it and clogged up the sediment bowl. We have added an inline fuel filter in te line. Thanks for the help.

And the list can get much longer. Plugs will do it sometimes, valves will stick when they warm up a little sometimes, rocker arms/tappets set to close will cause a miss when the engine warms up sometimes, a head gasket can cause it sometimes, and even a cracked sleeve can cause a miss sometimes.
A quick compression check will help you rule out some things. Sure could be a coil or condensor as gene said.
