difference between 7040 and 7045

Im checking the asking prices these tractors and I am seeing a wide variance, from 5700 to 13,000. Usually the 7045's are on the top. Is there much diffrence between these two models? Also, what would a 7040 be worth that has just had a major engine overhaul, (new pistons,bearings, etc), tires 90%, cab is fair with rear glass missing? Thanks for all your replies.
