Okay Last January Quicksilver was crying about all the E gleaners that need to be saved instead of being cut up for scrap.I got mine home yesterday. Didn't get the engine running and there is a mild boogaloo in the header and a major one in the shoe (both results of extracting it from it's home). The top of the Clean grain elevator is rusted out. I had the engine firing but it is lightly stuck now. This has to be minor as I had it turning over a couple of months ago. Other than these problems the unit is a good canidate for a restoration. All these items can be fixed fairly easily. Has a 10' platform, cab and straw spreader. Is a early model. OK you guys wanting to save these so bad here is your chance. It is currently on the trailer if it comes off (Sunday or Monday) the engine will get pulled almost immediatly and the rest set aside for the cutting torch at a later date. I would like to see it go to a good home but I don't have room to store the whole combine inside. Please don't flame me for what I am about to do. I am giving you all a chance to put your money where your mouth is. Here's your chance guys. jt
