Carb Replacement

The B is running but has petrol dripping out the carb. I have stripped it down and discovered that it had been stripped previously but the guy must have used a chisel to get the jets out. It's time to look around for a replacement. I have been told that a T24 Zenith off a Ferguson TEA20 will fit and work ok .. has anyone any ideas ?

I would say if it will bolt to the manifold,and the air horns are the same size try it,you can always modify linkage and rejet from old carb.

I had tredwell carb in NY redo the carb for my G. They do more than just put a kit in for you. Rebuilt it , ran it on a test engine. I'm very happy with it. They told me they are having new carb's manufactured for the G (TSV-13). You might give them a call, they advertise in antique power ( I don't have the number handy ).

I should have pionted out that I'm in the UK and getting one sent over is very long winded. I do buy stuff from the US but generally it was when I was over there on vacation .. a surface parcel takes about 7 weeks (if the wind is in the right direction and I have had one take 3 months) and airmail would be very expensive. Here the price of a new one is almost 1 UK pound for your $ !! (thats very expensive too)

This site has carbs and or value bilt. Why not do it right and put what it should have on it
