When i go to open the baler door, it gets about 1/3 open then wants to kick the hyd. lever to neutral. Does that 2 or three times to kick the bale out. I can"t figure it out, anyone have any ideas??? It does it on the discbine too, i have to pull the lever back twice to pick it up?? doesn"t make sense, any ideas???? Much appreciated!!

I believe there is an adjustment for the kickoff. There is a plug in the endcap with a screw inside. A gage in the coupler will tell you the pressure setting.

Inside the valve there are springs that push the detent balls into a machined groove on the spool. These spring must be getting weak and there is not enough pressure to hold the valve into the detent position. If you pull the valve bank apart you will see what i am talking about and parts should be avaliable from any hyd shop or right from AGCo
