D-19 won't move!

OK whether I'm missing something obvious or not, I need some help. Our D-19 gas was used a year ago with no problems, and today it started right up but just rolls forward slightly like a car with low tranny fluid. I tried different gears and moved the power director lever, and the clutch engages and disengages, you can hear it and feel it move slightly. It is full of fluid at the dipstick to the right of the shift lever. Is there another flyuid level that could be low, or something else you guys can think of checking? Seems like a simple problem, hope it's just low on fluid or something, it spread manure fine last summer. Thanks for your help, Eric

There are no fluid drives on the tractor. So, low fluids are bad but won't stop the tractor. It sounds like the engine clutch is either worn out or stuck. I don't know how much you can check but only a couple of problems could cause this (that I can think of). It is either the power director or the engine clutch. To find out which, try and hook an implement to the PTO. Engage the PTO and let out the clutch. If the implement works properly, the engine clutch is good and you need to focus on the power director. If the implement doesn't respond, the engine chutch has a problem. Both are significant repairs.
