Hey,Guys' Got a problem with the left-side of my loader quit pulling.Pulled the seat/batt.box/top cover/steering brake band.the throwout arm for the clutch is pivoting at the middle of the arm. Shouldn't this pivot at the bottom of the arm?Is the only way to remove the clutch assembly thru the top? Have to remove axle/sprocket?Looks like the way to me and I'm not looking forward to it. Any help appreciated.Thank You!

The clutch comes out the top but are you sure the clutch is bad? Do you free travel on that clutch/fiction? Try operating the tractor with the cover off; does the brake drum continue to turn when the track stops? It is unusal for clutches to fail suddenly but if it has the clutch/brake drum assembly is sandwiched between two flanges and attached with 1/2" bolts. Remove the bolts and the top half of the brake band then lift the clutch/brake drum out. The fuel tank must be removed.

Thanks Lee! Does the axle have to come out?Looks like an axle running thru the center of drum. There's no resistance to the steering lever. It appears that the throw-out bearing arm,clutch fork,is loose at the bottom.When I pull the lever,it moves the arm,but not the round piece.Is there a differential that could have stripped?Thanks A Lot!Tim
