Supposedly the tranny and differential on my WD-45 holds combined 17 quarts. Since I have PTO, I also have hand clutch (I believe referred to as final drive clutch). This has seperate fluid, a few quarts? Where do I check, drain, fill this and how many quarts? Also, with what weight, 80W-90?

The transmission, differential, and hand clutch allshare the same oil. there are 3 drain pluch, PTO, sheetmetal plate under trans, and differential. Two fills, plugs on left side. Use all drains and fills to do a good job. The hydraulic system is checked and filled with the small dipstick, drain is in front of PTO.

There is a small twist off cap with a dip stick on it on the left side of the forward end of the torque tube housing. This should be filled to the mark with either engine oil or better yet universal hydraulic fluid. If its gears use gear lube filled to overflow by removing a pipe plug. If its hydraulics its filled to the mark on a dip stick plug. If its engine oil its filled to the mark on a dip stick.
