howdy guys please don't get mad at me (I'm an IH/ Farmall man) but a close friend is AC and told me of an old all crop 60 thats been in a shed almost 30 years and in decent shape and the guy wants $500 for it. when I was growing up dad had a model 72 (I think) pull type but sold it and I'd like to find another old ALLIS pull type do you think it worth $500. THANKS IN ADVANCE DAVID

You might check with Tom at www.yazallcrop.com. He's really into these machines.

It would have to be totally field ready with good canvas both top and bottom. The most I have paid for one without good canvas is $50.00 and I bought one at an auction that had a brand new AC lower canvas with it that had never been installed for $5.00. Seems high to me. I have a model 72 that looks almost new (never been stored outside) that I only gave $400.00 for and it is very usable. It by the way is for sale for $500.00. Den
