How do I know I have sufficient 80/90 oil in the two transmission filler plugs.. Do I fill to bottom of plug in each hole?

Is it necessary to remove the wheels to change the oil in the final drives

There is only one transmission filler plug. It is the first square head pipe plug aft of the hydraulic filler dip stick style cap. The transmission is filled to overflow. The next pipe plug aft of the transmission plug is for the rear end and is also filled to overflow. You have to remove the pans on the bottom of the final drives to drain the lube out. The pipe plugs on the face of each drive housing is the filler port and they are filled to overflow.
