185 allis hyd oil problems

I have a 185 Allis CHalmers and the oil is crossing from the hydraulic side to the rear end. This will be the third time it has been broke apart and fixed in teh past 3 years. We have an older allis chalmer mechanic that has been wokring on it for us. What is causing it to do this every year or so. The tractor has less than 50 hours on it since we had it fixed. It will run about 3-4 hours and then the oil is so high in the transmission that you have to stop and drain it out. Thanks for any help
